This month’s theme is confidence vs. vulnerability. In some ways confidence and vulnerability are two sides of a coin: one the outward projection of certainty and the other the tearing down of those outward projections to reveal something about our true inner selves. Confidence has long understood to be about outward strength, while vulnerability is often seen as a sign of weakness or passivity. This month, we’ll challenge these preconceptions and dive into the transformative potential of embracing vulnerability and activating our confidence as a tool for personal growth.
