Women may face discrimination, harassment, and microaggressions.
They may also be held to different standards than men, and they may have
to work harder to prove themselves. We'll be exploring the challenges that women face in the workplace, as well as strategies for overcoming those challenges. I'm excited to be leading this forum, and I'm confident that
we'll all learn a lot from each other.
